The AI agent is now available in the AI Commerce dashboard, providing online merchants with real-time support and guidance for leveraging the hundreds of functions of the AI Commerce platform. The agent responds to technical questions in seconds, helps increase sales and streamline business operations, and utilizes over 100 comprehensive help articles, with more being added continuously. This feature is automatically enabled in all AI Commerce platforms without separate activation. Read more here!

Depending on the value-added tax treatment of the trade for the basic prices of the products, either net or gross prices will be used for fixed discounts in the future. If the trade considers the prices as gross, the discount code will also use the gross price. The values of the old discount codes have been updated in bulk to the database according to the new logic. Read more about discount codes in the updated knowledge base.
February 27, 2025
A revised statement clarifying GDPR practices has been published in the Support section of the control panel. Customers are advised to copy the content into their own privacy statements as needed.
February 25, 2025
The previously displayed ‘Shipping costs €0’ notice in the shopping cart has now been removed. Shipping costs will be presented only after the selection of the delivery method, so that the customer cannot mistakenly assume that the delivery is free of charge. This change complies with EU directive requirements. If a free shipping offer is valid, it will be displayed separately in the shopping cart.
February 25, 2025
The online merchant can now take control of the customer's shopping cart or transfer their own shopping cart to the customer from the Customers tab in the admin panel. The customer can log into their account using the Account Login button, after which they can choose either the customer's original shopping cart or the merchant's own shopping cart for checkout. This facilitates phone orders and customer service, for example. If the customer account has an ERP integration, the order will automatically transfer to the system. The customer can continue shopping from their own device, and their shopping cart will not be lost as a result of the merchant's actions.
February 22, 2025
EU sales are now displayed separately in the Orders page listing, which speeds up the verification of EU sales for accounting purposes. Select "European Union" instead of the "All Country" option to see only EU sales.
February 22, 2025
In the future, when you accidentally delete a created attribute group and save the product page in AI Commerce, the values of the attributes belonging to that group will also be automatically removed from the product. Previously, they could only be deleted by restoring the group and resetting the values of the attributes it contained.
February 21, 2025
The option to log out or end the session has been added to the checkout. The text is tailored according to the customer account. There are separate default texts defined for guests and registered users on the Tools > Translations page. Additionally, the fields for corporate customers have been clearly separated into their own block to prevent consumers from accidentally filling them out.
February 21, 2025
In some rare cases, when accessing the offer or customer account with a login token, the shopping cart did not update before the page was refreshed or changed. We have now streamlined the handling of login tokens to fix these random issues.
February 20, 2025
We have made changes to the algorithm for the ordering of the "Recommended" categories. From now on, the weightings can be configured on a store-specific basis. Product scores are calculated once a day, so changes to the values will not be immediately visible in the product listings. We are available to assist with fine-tuning the parameters if needed.
February 20, 2025
From now on, the prices of bundle products will be subject to AI Commercen's general pricing rules. This means that the price given for bundle products is not fixed, but rather the rules of the trading pricing engine – such as inflation adjustments, customer group-specific discounts, promotional offers, and volume discounts – will affect the final price. We recommend avoiding the overlap of multiple different discounts so that the final price is easier to predict.
February 20, 2025
Support for product variants has been added to configurable products (options). A configurable product with stored variants or non-stock options will now display selections with the same logic as a simple product. Additionally, checkboxes have been added to the selections to help customers understand more easily that this is a clickable choice. A similar update is also coming later for bundles, but partners can implement it based on options in advance.
The selections affect the configurable product's price either upwards or downwards. Variants have their own balance presentation that changes according to the selections.
The selections are visible in both product comments and the summary of the bundle product.
The selections are presented on the order confirmation just like the selections of simple products.
In the option configurator of the configurable product, a lower price can be set as part of the package offer, but discounts cannot be given on additional prices for variants. - If only one selection is available, the choice is not asked separately, and the only option is added to the shopping cart automatically – just like with simple products.
February 19, 2025
The installed shipping methods can now be forced to appear on the shipping methods page regardless of their availability. There are many conditions for deliveries, such as weight, dimensions, delivery country, and customer account restrictions. Additionally, a shipping method can be hidden by setting “Enable Shipping Method: False”. These conditions apply to both the checkout and the shipping costs page under Support > Shipping Methods. Therefore, by default, only shipping methods suitable for the customer's session and shopping cart will be displayed in the list of shipping methods. However, in the future, the merchant can override these rules and force a shipping method to be visible in the listing if the shipping method is installed and “Force Display in Method List: true” is set.
February 18, 2025
The automatically changing giant banners on the homepage now use a progress bar as a visual effect. It indicates to users that this is a carousel where the banners change automatically. This can encourage customers to wait and watch the next banners as well.
February 17, 2025
We have updated the Akeneo server environment used in conjunction with AI Commerce so that automatic updates or server room maintenance shutdowns will now automatically restart the Akeneo environments. This reduces downtime and improves the availability of Akeneo services.
February 16, 2025
The merchant can now choose in My Store how many product page loads will trigger the newsletter popup (the default is 5). If the value is set to 0, the popup will not be displayed at all. Therefore, on the first product page load, the popup is not allowed to be shown so that usability and search engine optimization are not disrupted. Read more.
February 16, 2025
The merchant can now determine how long the break will be before the newsletter popup is shown again. The value is specified in seconds (e.g., 604800 = 7 days). If the value is less than one day, the system automatically uses a minimum break of 24 hours. Additionally, the popup is permanently disabled for registered customers. Read more.
February 16, 2025
For guest accounts, a separate logic has been adapted for the header and mobile navigation. Guests are not provided access to the "My Account" page, and "Log Out" has been replaced with "End Session". This clarifies that this is a temporary session that cannot be logged back into later. Shops with a customized header may require separate customization for implementing this functionality, possibly from partners.
February 16, 2025
Product alerts could be created without a customer account, but it has been difficult for unregistered customers to manage them afterwards. Going forward, product alerts can be managed retroactively for notifications made as a guest by registering permanently as a customer. However, an unregistered customer cannot manage product alerts once the session has ended, but the product alerts will automatically expire either when the product arrives in stock or over time.
February 15, 2025
Shipping methods can now have availability set based on customer type. If the setting is 'admin', the shipping method will be visible at the checkout when the customer's account has been logged in through the merchant panel's login button. Even if the choice is 'private' or 'business', the payment method is always shown to admins. Merchants are advised to check the settings!
Corporate clients exclude those with a business ID whose company name includes 'tmi'. This is because, for example, from the perspective of payment partners, sole proprietors are technically considered private individuals.

We have released a new "Account Login" button for merchant users in the AI Commerce dashboard. With this button, you can directly access the customer's store account, for example to facilitate customer support tasks or to check certain account details. This update replaces the soon-to-be-discontinued “Customer Master Password” functionality.
How does it work? Open the customer management page and click the “Account Login” button. The system will automatically generate a one-time, five-second valid login token. A new window will open with the customer's store account, where you are logged in as an administrator.
Why is this useful? Easy customer support: You can quickly check issue situations from the customer's perspective. Fast testing: If you want to test store functionalities on the customer's account, you can do so without separate login credentials. Extended rights: The system recognizes that you are logged in as the customer as an administrator, which enables later use of additional functionalities (e.g., advanced editing tools).
Examples of use: Checking orders: When a customer contacts you regarding discrepancies, you can directly access their account to see all order and delivery details. Demonstrating products: You can show the customer how to add a product to the cart or how to make a payment, as if you were the customer themselves. Expanding access rights: In the future, the system may grant special privileges to this “administrator account” customer for additional reviews or approvals. The new “Account Login” button is now available in the AI Commerce dashboard. We encourage merchants to transition to this new functionality as the “Customer Master Password” will soon be phased out.
February 13, 2025
The AI Commerce checkout has added a delivery-specific selection for weight limit value sources. The selection determines which weight is used to limit the freight. For example, if 1 kg of Styrofoam is sold with a freight weight of 10 kg and the delivery limit is 20 kg, the customer could theoretically order only 2 pieces, even though the freight partner might allow more pieces to be shipped. The selection can be made on the Modules > Shipping Modules page. The default is "max", where the limit is always the product's highest weight value.
February 12, 2025
AI Commerce now supports the use of shortcode tags in all built-in content management tools! This feature is particularly useful for merchants engaged in international e-commerce, as it facilitates search engine optimization (SEO) and reduces problems arising from translations. Shortcode tags can be used to create dynamic links in the content, for example to categories, manufacturers, and products, without needing to hardcode the link in the content production tool. Thanks to this new feature, merchants only need to add the type (type) and identifier (ID) of the shortcode tag in the translated content, allowing the backend system to automatically generate the link correctly in the translations. This eliminates issues with hardcoded links that could break in translation. Using this feature does not slow down the site at all due to the software architecture employed by AI Commerce. Read more
February 11, 2025
AI tools can now browse e-commerce pages in real-time, as firewalls no longer block users identifiable as artificial intelligence. This opens up new opportunities for online stores: AI-based shopping assistants and AI search engines can recommend products directly based on the content of the online store, providing customers with increasingly relevant and personalized suggestions across different platforms. AI tools and search engine bots only see what a normal anonymous user sees.
February 11, 2025
There has been a change in the logic for starting sessions, which means that traffic from bots and search engines is less likely to result in unnecessary sessions. This may slightly affect the statistics, as the amount of traffic may seemingly decrease due to stricter filtering. The update has the advantage that bots are less likely to distort the conversion value percentage in the future.
February 11, 2025
All events related to a user's session are now recorded consistently and more comprehensively in the analytics system, so that the JavaScript tracker and Measurement Protocol API use the same user identifiers even in exceptional situations. Page URL information will also come through the Measurement Protocol API from the same source used by the JavaScript tracker, which improves reporting accuracy on the Google Analytics side and reduces the creation of overlaps even in edge case errors.
February 10, 2025
The AI Commerce frontend has fixed a glitch that occurred in pagination, which could cause stuttering during page transitions. With this update, pages now load more smoothly and without flickering, which enhances the user experience, especially on slower internet connections.
February 10, 2025
The reporting logic for UTM Source tags sent to Google has been updated to be more reliable. The system can now handle and send UTM parameters more consistently across different traffic situations. The collection and storage of referrer information in order history have been updated to ensure the data is more reliable.
February 10, 2025
Tracking traffic sources now works even more accurately both before and after the user gives consent. This ensures that the tracking data remains as reliable as possible while respecting GDPR regulations and user privacy. Consent Mode V2 has been updated so that functionality_storage and security_storage are always in a granted state.
February 9, 2025
All events sent via the Measurement Protocol API now always include the loaded page's location information (page_location) and the page's title (page_title). The message structure for products added to the cart has been optimized to ensure more reliable server-to-server data transfer, and the data is stored without errors or omissions. The identification of traffic sources and event attribution has been improved. The system works more reliably so that all events receive the correct origin even in more complex traffic flows.
February 8, 2025
JavaScript and server monitoring will now use completely unified user data, which prevents the creation of duplicate transactions across different channels. Google normally deduplicates transactions with the same identifier, but previously there were slight discrepancies in the structure of user account IDs, which caused events to be recorded twice from different sources in some cases. This issue has now been resolved.
February 7, 2025
AI Commerce architecture has been developed to broadly support CSV files from various manufacturers that contain inventory values. The system supports the retrieval of inventory balances through HTTP, FTP, and SFTP connections, as well as the processing of different formatted CSV files. Thanks to the updated architecture, importing manufacturer CSV files only requires configuration – no coding.
February 6, 2025
AI Commerce uses the Measurement Protocol API to ensure that lead events are recorded in GA4 even when the customer uses an ad blocker or the browser prevents JavaScript tracking. This works because events are sent directly between AI Commerce and Google's servers without browser involvement. According to GDPR requirements, events will only be sent if the customer has given consent. NOTE! The generate_lead event created from clicks on email addresses and phone numbers will still be sent only via the JavaScript tracker, and will not contain the transaction_id field or value. However, the system ensures that the event is sent only once in the same session, even if the customer clicks the email or phone number multiple times. For more information: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/protocol/ga4
February 6, 2025
AI Commerce will now support phone calls and submitting offers in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with the event tag "generate_lead". Along with the event, we will also transfer the lead_type information, which indicates the type of event, such as a phone call or an offer. Previously, tracking of these events was only performed in Google Ads conversion tracking. Now, offers, quick offers, and contact inquiries will also include the transaction_id field, which allows Google to deduplicate the same event if it has been received through both the JavaScript tracker and the Measurement Protocol API. Additionally, the basket value will also be sent along with the offer, providing a better picture of the lead's value in analytics. With this update, merchants can see the overall picture of the number of leads in GA4. For more information: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/ga4/reference/events?client_type=gtag
February 5, 2025
There have been bug fixes and improvements to the landing pages of broken links (Error 404) in the AI Commerce interface. The refactored architecture better supports the native error page handling of the latest version of the Vike Framework used in the background (https://vike.dev/render). The new functionality allows partners to have even broader customization options for error handling pages. By modifying the file /_error/+onBeforeRender.js, you can bring data to the 404 pages via webhooks from Builder or other content tools.
February 3, 2025
We have updated the architecture so that the AI Commerce basic server package now supports catalogs of over 500,000 products with extremely fast loading times. As part of this update, we are refactoring the software to ensure that preloading the cache under the current server capacity does not overload the cache usage limits, even with product catalogs containing hundreds of thousands of products. With this update, we can provide an effective e-commerce solution for enterprise-level stores as well.
February 2, 2025
IP-based filtering for administrators regarding Meta, Google, TikTok, and other conversion tracking is now supported. Static IPv4 addresses for which tracking is to be excluded must be added in MyStore under "Exclude IPs from Conversion API Tracking." IP addresses should be entered as a comma-separated list without spaces. For example: 192.168.1.1,203.0.113.5,198.51.100.42
January 31, 2025
The changelog is now also available in the control panel on its own tab. Please note that the change log is a public announcement of store updates, whereas the Admin Panel AI Commerce Updates serves as an internal communication channel. In the internal announcements, we often publish more detailed information about the changes and provide further clarifications.
January 31, 2025
The Status Page has been integrated into the dashboard. From the page, you can see the maintenance times of different servers. The page also reports any planned outages, which primarily occur at night in the Helsinki time zone. However, the page does not display individual store errors, meaning that if, for example, Traficom has disabled the domain used by your store, AI Commerce's status update will not report this. The report focuses on the availability of services in cloud service environments. Read more.

The "Option" product function is a simplified version of the Bundle product, which offers the possibility to increase the average purchase by presenting lighter product packages directly above the cart button. This feature allows products to be sold at a lower total price compared to buying them individually, just like in a traditional Bundle product. Additionally, conditions can be created for the product packages, such as limited quantities and predefined selection criteria. To ensure that the "Option" product works correctly, follow these instructions on the product page: Select the product type as "Option". Save the product. Go to the Edit Options page within the product and create the necessary selection groups. Add products under the selections so that customers can choose their desired combinations. This update facilitates offering lighter product packages and enhances the customer experience by presenting recommended combinations directly on the product page.
January 29, 2025
Akeneo backups will now be stored in the AWS S3 service every night at 00:00. This change ensures that even if the web disks of the Akeneo server in Helsinki become damaged, backups are safely stored in Stockholm from the previous day. Additionally, we can also provide customers with access to their own backups in the S3 service should they need to review past data. Amazon S3 offers a durability of 99.999999999% (11 nines) according to its SLA, ensuring the security of backups.
January 27, 2025
The architecture of AI Commerce has been updated to improve the maintainability and scalability of the code. Large functional areas have been divided into smaller sections, each focused on individual responsibilities. This follows industry best practices and facilitates the development of new features while speeding up the onboarding of new developers. The change enhances the platform's efficiency in the long run.
January 24, 2025
The navigation no longer supports links defined on the Translations page. For simplicity, all additional links must now be defined on the Custom Navigation page. Link management will only support WordPress and Page Builder sources in addition to the traditional category tree.
January 22, 2025
The management of attachment files on product pages has expanded. You can now create categories if you wish (Products → Products Media Categories) and group attachments more clearly. When adding an attachment, you can specify a visible name and category, but categorization is optional. Supported file formats: jpeg, png, gif, webp, pdf, txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, svg, less, dwg, dxf.
January 19, 2025
We have fixed the errors reported by PageSpeed, and now the core code achieves scores of Performance 100/100, Accessibility 100/100, Best Practices 100/100, and SEO 100/100 on desktop. Shop-specific additional features may affect the scores. The update will be rolled out gradually across all stores.
January 18, 2025
A fix has been made to the core code of the application for an error that PageSpeed pointed out in the application's main file when the amount of unused JavaScript rose to 20 kilobytes. The fix allows for a more aggressive lazy loading of JavaScripts that are not immediately needed by the application's preloading, thereby reducing unnecessary load. More information can be found at https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/performance/unused-javascript/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=lr
January 18, 2025
PageSpeed CLS update for the product cards skeleton in the category view. The CSS layouts of the skeleton have been refactored so that the size of the product cards corresponds to the dimensions of the loaded elements in all cases. This prevents the footer from being pushed down by elements after hydration is completed on the client.
January 17, 2025
In the future, the country's exchange link will direct the user to the corresponding foreign-language landing page of the open site instead of directing the user to the homepage of the target country's domain.
January 17, 2025
The free shipping purchase limit now respects the value-added tax display method set by the end customer on the product card. If the customer has chosen to display the products without VAT, the free shipping purchase limit will also be shown without VAT, and vice versa. The update will be rolled out to stores gradually with the next core update. The amount should be entered in the store management based on whether net or gross prices are used as the base price.
January 16, 2025
We will publish the availability (uptime) and maintenance outage information of the servers, as well as previous outages at status.aicommerce.fi. From this page, you can see the availability of our services and track metrics related to general service terms. Please note that the metrics do not take into account domain expirations or other factors independent of AI Commerce.
January 16, 2025
Handelsbanken has ceased its operations in Finland, and its personal accounts have been transferred to S-Pankki in December 2024. At the same time, the Handelsbanken button has become unnecessary in our service. We have removed the Handelsbanken button from the Paytrail payment service.
January 15, 2025
The subtotal of the shopping cart now respects the VAT display method set by the end customer on the product card. If the customer has chosen to display the products without VAT, the subtotal of the shopping cart will also be shown without VAT, and vice versa. The update will be rolled out to stores gradually with the next core update.
January 15, 2025
In Akeneo, you can manage product groups (Products Group) for the online store in the future. Enabling this feature requires the activation of a single selection attribute named "products_group". The product group is automatically created in the store with the same group code that was selected in Akeneo for the choice.
January 14, 2025
The selected delivery method can be locked to the offer at a fixed offer price. If the delivery address or the contents of the shopping cart are modified, the offer price will be cancelled. Any previously unspecified offer freight remains valid, if the pre-selected delivery method is not chosen from the dropdown, but only a price for the freight is entered.
January 13, 2025
Now you can add YouTube videos without them affecting your site's loading times or PageSpeed Insights scores at all. The video (iframe) is loaded only when the user clicks on it, improving the site's speed and user experience. You can add videos with the YouTube Video custom component in the Builder. Simply add the YouTube video embed link (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/embed/8AsYDBsFyuU) in the component settings. All existing iframe embeds will be automatically updated to the new solution.
January 12, 2025
The newsletter subscription can now be suggested with a native popup window. The popup can be configured, for example, to open by default only on the product page when the user has navigated the site for at least five pages. Additionally, the popup will not be shown again to the same user for 7 days. By default, the popup will not be shown to logged-in users, as they have already had the opportunity to join the mailing list during account creation. In the admin panel, the background image of the popup can be changed in Tools > Image Manager > Newsletter Popup Background.
January 11, 2025
Navigations can be built using the Custom Navigation tool for paths whose content is not managed in the store, such as for WordPress or Builder content. Anchor text and paths are created on a per-language basis. Additionally, the hierarchy of paths can be managed in the 'Edit Hierarchy' tab by dragging links inside each other or otherwise organizing them. If a link leads to an external domain, the connection protocol and the domain must also be added to the path, such as exampleaddress.fi.
January 9, 2025
The FAQ questions to be conveyed to the merchant have been supplemented with product links, product names, customer names, and customer email addresses. This practice facilitates responding to messages directly via email. However, please note that the system does not automatically send responses to the customer, even if the email address is included. The merchant must always provide a personal response to the customer via email, including the necessary identifying information. The same message can also be utilized in drafting a public response, once the identifying information has been removed. Read more
January 8, 2025
In addition to updating the category name, changing the category path now automatically creates a redirect to the new folder path in all languages. Creating a redirect takes about 10 seconds. To avoid harmful long redirect loops, the number of automatic redirects is limited to three per category. The same logic applies to product URL changes, ensuring a smooth transition from the customers' perspective and maintaining search engine visibility.

The site search can alternatively be implemented in a popup that does not cover the whole page but blurs the background. You can exit the quick search either by pressing the close button, the ESC key, or the blurred background. NOTE! The appearance does not affect the search algorithm. If you want to use an external search algorithm like Algolia or Klevu, it can be updated separately. The headless architecture offers almost limitless possibilities to combine different appearances and touchpoints. Read more
January 3, 2025
Prices can now be set to display only for approved accounts. Account approval occurs on the Customers page by selecting a customer and assigning them a CustomerType, which can be Not Selected, Business, or Private. If the MyStore setting Require Account Type for Prices is set to True, prices will only be shown to customers whose CustomerType is set to either Business or Private; otherwise, prices will be hidden. This change will take effect when the customer logs in, so the customer may need to log out and back in if prices do not appear as expected. This function provides more precise control over price visibility and the use of customer accounts.
January 2, 2025
Registered customers can now have a customer-specific purchase limit set, above which delivery costs will change to free. Enabling this function requires that the delivery surcharge is set to be included in free delivery in the Modules > Order Total > Delivery Surcharge section, and the shipping method must have the Eligible for Free Shipping value set to true in the Modules > Shipping section. The customer's purchase limit will be saved in the session upon login, and if the value is changed while the customer is logged in, the customer must log out and back in for the new limit to take effect. This new feature provides a more flexible option for customer-specific delivery terms.
December 23, 2024
Changes in the quantities of items in the shopping cart in quotation requests now trigger an alert if the offer is valid. The offer is not rejected without a visible notification to the customer. This ensures that the customer knows that modifying the shopping cart will lead to the rejection of the offer and receives an informative notification about the consequences of the changes and the next steps. Commenting on products in the shopping cart does not invalidate the offer.
December 15, 2024
The merchant can now define customer group-specific discounts by product category using a dynamic matrix. The merchant selects which customer group the customer belongs to and which product category the product belongs to. The type of the customer group must be 'Matrix' in order to be used in the calculation of dynamic matrix prices. A discount percentage is set for each combination of customer group and product category, calculated from the product's base selling price, offering more accurate and flexible pricing.
December 9, 2024
The logos of manufacturers displayed on the homepage can now be managed directly from the control panel. By default, showing the manufacturer component's logo on the homepage requires that in addition to the logo, the setting “Show homepage banner: Enabled” is selected. This allows logos to be added for multiple manufacturers without all logos automatically appearing on the homepage.
December 6, 2024
The AI Commerce team wishes everyone a peaceful Independence Day! 🇫🇮
December 5, 2024
AI Commerce has updated the Paytrail Walley interface to use the renewed provider ID information. The merchant does not need to worry about the change, and the interface will continue to operate normally with this change.
December 4, 2024
You can now manage the Google Schema information for your online store, such as @type and Price Range, directly from the AI Commerce My Store dashboard. Well-optimized Schema data improves search engine visibility, allowing you to customize additional information displayed in search results, such as product availability or user reviews, making the results more attractive. This helps your store stand out from competitors and reach customers more effectively.
December 3, 2024
A new state "Unselected" has been added to truth value converters, which allows the removal of an accidentally saved truth value from the product if necessary.
December 1, 2024
It is now possible to add unique icons to attributes, which are directly linked to the attribute level without affecting the choices of the attributes. This function is suitable for versatile purposes, such as illustrating security ratings, certifications, or other product-related features. Depending on the logic of the frontend, icons can be automatically displayed in product information if the values of the attributes have been defined.
November 30, 2024
Now you can choose the products that you want to allow for certain B2B contract customers on the customer card, keeping all products available by default if no selections are made. Unselected products will appear in the store in a “disabled” state and cannot be added to the cart or ordered. Additionally, notifications related to disabled products can be customized on a customer-specific basis.
November 29, 2024
The maximum number of downloadable products in the product carousel can now be configured dynamically, replacing the previously fixed limit of 15 products. The application still retains a maximum limit of 100 products, with the default amount set to 15 products. A higher number of products will not degrade performance, as the products are loaded lazily when the user scrolls to bring the carousel into view.
November 28, 2024
Offers can now also be requested on a guest account. For guest account users, access to the offer information is only available through an automatic login link sent via email, as guest accounts cannot be logged in with a password. Merchants can update the offer tool instructions to reflect this new operating model as needed.
November 27, 2024

If the product name changes, the system automatically creates a redirect rule from the old URL path to the new one, ensuring that links work and the user experience remains intact. Consequently, in the case of multiple name changes, a corresponding number of separate redirects are created.
