When the SuperAdmin creates a new user, the system automatically sends the user an email that includes the username and a temporary password generated by the system. This improves the smoothness and security of the onboarding process, as the user no longer has to wait for separate communication about the password.
During the first login, the user is prompted to change their password immediately. This ensures that only the user themselves will have access to their account going forward.
The role of SuperAdmins does not change: they retain the exclusive right as the only user group to create new users and manage access rights. They can still change passwords if necessary, but the system always automatically generates a new default password, which standardizes and secures the user management process.
