Hiding individual brands from manufacturer pages

The management of manufacturers' showcase pages has been enhanced with the ability to hide individual brands. This is especially useful in situations where all products of a brand are temporarily out of stock, or when a brand is to be made visible only at a later stage.

Hiding a brand can be easily done in the admin panel under Management → Products → Brands, where the brand's status can be set to Disabled. This only affects the brand's visibility on manufacturer pages and brand listings – the products themselves remain available in the online store and can still be found through search engines normally. This ensures that SEO visibility and product discoverability are not compromised, even if the brand is temporarily removed from the showcase page.
