The “Recently Viewed” feature brings personalization without backend changes.

Your store's product pages can now take advantage of the new “Recently Viewed” feature, which shows the customer the 10 most recently viewed products in their session. This works without any changes to the backend logic – activation happens from the admin panel with one selection:

Admin Panel > Configuration > My Store → Store Recently Viewed in Session → true

Installation Partner's Task:

The user interface needs to be updated to display the desired section on the product page (e.g., “Recently Viewed Products”). This requires only a frontend update.
