The AI Commerce platform has received an important update to the inventory management view: now you can define and manage product expiration dates directly for individual inventory lines or in CSV exports. This improves inventory management, reduces waste, and helps comply with strict industry regulations.
New Features:
1. Calendar-based entry for inventory lines
A calendar picker (bootstrap-datepicker) has been added for each inventory line, allowing the expiration date to be easily entered.
The date is entered in the format YYYY-MM-DD, ensuring consistency both in the system and in reports.
2. Extended Stock Report and CSV export
The inventory report view now shows a new column: Stock Expiry.
CSV export includes updated column headers: name, brand, location, color, size, SKU, STOCK EXPIRY, quantity, purchase price, and sale price.
The data can be processed in your own analysis tools or integrated into supply chain systems.
