The customer fully owns the user interface of the AI Commerce e-commerce platform as well as all the data they have collected and managed through the platform. This means that the customer has the right to modify and manage the user interface and to use and utilize their own data in any way they desire.
Ownership rights of the back-end system
AI Commerce - the back-end system of the e-commerce platform is a SaaS solution owned and maintained by AI Commerce. The customer does not have ownership rights or direct control over the back-end system. This means that AI Commerce is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and security of the back-end system.
Permissions and restrictions
The customer has access to the backend system of the AI Commerce e-commerce platform in accordance with this agreement. The access rights include access to all features and services ordered by the customer. The customer must comply with the terms and conditions and restrictions defined in the access agreement.
