The new customer service tool is now available in the AI Commerce dashboard: the merchant can access the customer's account by using the Account Login button and choose whether to use the customer's original shopping cart or the merchant's own shopping cart.
This enables actions such as placing phone orders on behalf of the customer or sharing the cart to support negotiations. The feature can be found in the Customers view and works seamlessly with ERP integration – the order is automatically transferred to the backend system as usual.
Importantly, the customer can still continue shopping from their device without their shopping cart disappearing or being overwritten. This feature enhances the customer experience and speeds up order processing, especially in B2B environments.
