The new Redirect Manager brings efficiency to URL redirections.

A new Redirect Manager has been launched on the AI Commerce platform, allowing for effective management of e-commerce URL redirects. This update is particularly useful in situations where site structural changes or platform migrations are made – for example, when changing the URL structures of categories. Properly set redirects ensure that search engine visibility is maintained and that customers' old links continue to work seamlessly.

Redirect Manager can be found under Tools → Redirect Manager in the admin panel. New redirects can be easily added by clicking the Create Redirect button and entering the old (url_old) and new (url_new) paths. For bulk edits, current redirects can be exported in CSV format, edited locally, and the changes imported back with the Import function. Importing overwrites existing redirects, but does not remove them – unnecessary redirects can be managed through the interface.

The platform still automatically creates redirects for product and category URL changes, but content pages require manual redirects. Cross-domain redirects (e.g. domain1.com → domain2.com) are not permitted, and we recommend using a consistent path format (e.g. all starting with a /), which facilitates management and prevents errors.
