A new feature has been added to the AI Commerce Translation page that allows you to create and manage translation keys used in the interface directly from the admin panel. This is a tool specifically designed for partners that enables efficient management of multilingual store content – without needing to directly access the database.
How does it work?
New keys are added in the language currently being used, and the system automatically generates other language versions that can be completed later.
All texts that do not have their own editor, such as notifications, pop-up messages, and email templates, are handled on the Translation page.
Text updates are made directly in the interface and published using the “Publish” button so that they are visible to customers.
Key Functions
Search and edit text:
Use your browser's search (e.g., CTRL+F), find the text you want, and update it directly in the correct column.
Create a new translation key:
Click “Add translation key” and specify:
The key name
The page it relates to (e.g., Checkout, Global)
The text in the selected language
⚠️ Creating a new key does not automatically make the text visible – suitable context and technical usage must be ensured. It is recommended to do this in collaboration with an integrator.
Publish changes:
All changes require the Publish action before they become visible in the store.
