The cookie warning is a notification shown to users for the first time when they arrive at the website. This pop-up allows users to accept all cookies at once ("Accept all") or go to the settings to choose a different state (allow or block) for each cookie category.
Cookies are divided into four categories:
Essential cookies: These cookies enable the basic functions of the site, such as adding a product to the shopping cart. They cannot be disabled.
Analytics & statistics: Cookies that collect information about website usage and improve functionalities. For example, Google Analytics only stores cookies if the user accepts these cookies.
Preference cookies: Customize the content of the site according to the user's preferences. If preference cookies are not accepted, the chat will not open.
Marketing cookies: Used for advertising and measuring its results, such as Facebook and Google Ads.
Customers can change their cookie preferences at any time through the "Cookies" link in the footer of the website. Changes take effect immediately, and cookie consents are valid for one year or until the customer changes their settings again or clears their browser cookies.
